Privacy
This page explains what personal data we collect on this website, how we use it, and the choices you have.
What we collect
- Contact form data: if you contact us, we collect the information you submit (name, email address, message, and whether you ticked the privacy consent checkbox).
- Contact form metadata: when you submit the contact form, our contact form service may process technical metadata (such as timestamp, request origin, referring URL, the page the form was submitted from, user agent, IP address, and a unique request identifier) for security, abuse prevention, and troubleshooting.
- Basic technical logs: our hosting and infrastructure may process server logs (for example IP address, user agent, and timestamps) for security and troubleshooting.
- Site analytics: we collect usage data about how the site is visited (pages viewed, referrers, campaign parameters, and interactions such as clicks on key links and buttons) through privacy-respecting, self-hosted analytics. See the Analytics section below.
Analytics
We use privacy-respecting analytics (self-hosted Umami) to understand site traffic, referrers, campaigns, and site interactions — for example page views and clicks on key links and buttons. It runs on our own infrastructure, does not use cookies, and is not shared with advertising platforms.
Analytics events are designed to contain no personal information: analytics does not intentionally collect your name, your email address, or the text of your contact form message.
When you arrive on the site from a campaign link (for example a social media post), standard
campaign parameters (such as utm_source and utm_campaign) may be
captured, along with the landing page path and the referring site. The site may use session
storage in your browser to preserve this campaign attribution during your browsing session;
it is discarded when your session ends.
If you submit the contact form, the captured campaign attribution is attached to your inquiry and included in the resulting lead email and logs, so we can understand which campaign or channel led to your message.
How we use your data
- To respond to your message and communicate with you.
- To secure, operate, and improve the site (for example, debugging and abuse prevention).
- To understand, in aggregate, which pages, campaigns, and channels bring visitors to the site.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We may share it with service providers who help us operate the site (hosting, email delivery), and only as needed for those services. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights and the security of our services.
Contact form messages are delivered to our business inbox at contact@agensae.com.
Retention
We keep contact messages only as long as reasonably necessary to respond and maintain business records. We may retain certain information longer if required by law or to protect our legal interests.
Analytics data is kept for up to 24 months, after which it is deleted or reduced to aggregate statistics.
Your choices
You can request access, correction, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us at contact@agensae.com or via the contact page.
Cookies
We do not use advertising cookies, and our analytics runs without cookies. The site may use essential cookies or browser storage for core functionality (for example, to remember preferences), and session storage to preserve campaign attribution during your browsing session (see the Analytics section). If we add technologies that require additional notices or consent in the future, we will update this policy and provide the required notices and choices.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. We will update the date above when we do.
