Five things we hear. Five we say back.
"We need an AI strategy."
You probably need one wedge. Pick the workflow that's costing you the most this quarter. Put one agent on it for two weeks. Ship something running, then decide if there's a strategy worth writing.
"Should we build it on GPT or Claude?"
It'll be a different model in six months — wrong question. We pick the best one today and re-pick on a cadence. The thing you should own is the skills, subagents, evals, memory, and tools — those are portable. The model isn't.
"Can your platform handle our scale?"
We don't have a platform. We pick the agents that already exist — Codex, Claude Code, Hermes, Cowork — wire them into your tools, and hand you the keys. There's nothing of ours sitting between you and the model.
"What's the deliverable at the end?"
Something that runs without us. Wired-in agents and subagents. Skills, eval suites and runbooks. MCPs, hooks, CLI tools and memory stores. All yours from day one. If we vanish next quarter, the system doesn't notice — and that's the spec, not a side effect.
"Who do we call when it breaks?"
Whoever you'd call now. We hand it over — code, skills, ops, on-call book — to your team. We're available on retainer if you want us. You're not stuck with us if you don't.

The "best model for this job" has a shelf-life of weeks.
Anthropic ships. Then OpenAI ships. Then Google ships. Then someone open-sources a model better than what shipped last quarter. Anyone telling you to bet on one stack is selling you their stack.
